Who are we?
Rob-Son Graphics International B.V. is an international supplier of used, refurbished and/or rebuilt bindery machines and spare parts. We are an unautorized and independent seller of all items mentioned on our websites and Rob-Son Graphics International B.V. is no official dealer of products and/or services offered under the trademark MÜLLER MARTINI, HEIDELBERG, STAHL, MBO, HOHNER or any other products offered that include a trademark. We have no commercial connection with the above mentioned manufacturers and trademarks, and are not the rightful owner of these trademarks.

About our products
Rob-Son Graphics International B.V. sells used, new and refurbished spare parts suitable for book bindery machines. Our stock includes used, new and refurbished OEM and equivalent spare parts. OEM products are sold without any commercial connection between the original supplier of these OEM spare parts and Rob-Son Graphics International B.V. The products offered on our website are, unless otherwise specified in the title, unused OEM products.

Equivalent parts
Aside from OEM spare parts, we offer equivalent spare parts. These spare part are sold as alternative for OEM spare parts. The equivalent spare parts are compatible with the OEM products, but but are not by any means an replacement for EOM parts. Rob-Son Graphics International B.V. is not liable for any damages caused by manufacturing defects, wrongly installation or any other outcome from use of the equivalent spare parts.

Used parts
The products offered on our website are, unless otherwise specified, unused products. Should the product be used or refurbished, then this will be specified in the product tile.

Used electronic products will be tested before shipping, to ensure the product is in working condition upon shipping from our warehouse. We can not give any guarantee on new or used electronic products.

The prices of our products shown online are excluding VAT. 

Order process
After placing your order we will prepare our pro-forma invoice including the shipping method of your choice. If after 24 hours you have not received any pro-forma invoice, please contact us at

Orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse, after receiving full payment. We will inform you with a shipping confirmation that includes a tracking number.
Should your order have a delivery time, then we will inform you by e-mail.

Payment method
We currently only accept bank transfer as payment method. 

Shipping method and delivery time
We offers various delivery methods: Economy Shipping, Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. If you have an active account at one of the following carriers: UPS, Fedex, DHL or TNT, then we can also use this account number for our shipping method.
Delivery time is depending on the choosen method of shipping and size and weight of the package.
